We stand by our gear. Every Kammok product is covered by a lifetime warranty, so you can be confident your gear will outlast your adventures. As a B-Corp and 1% for the Planet member, we aim to serve you sustainably and minimize waste, recycling or reusing products whenever possible.
To activate your lifetime warranty, you must register your products. Products not registered will not be considered for warranty claims.
The Kammok guarantee
Simply put, we’ve got your back. We are certain you’ll enjoy our gear in the great outdoors for years to come. If your product does not perform as promised, we will make it right. Our guarantee is for life.
If during the lifetime of your Kammok product, it becomes non-functioning or defective, we will make an effort to repair your gear, or if necessary, replace it. We evaluate warranty claims on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of equipping you with safe, functioning gear ready for adventure.
While Kammok gear is designed for the most foolhardy adventurers, please note that our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear-and-tear, including damage that occurs due to normal wear and aging of goods
- Cosmetic wear unrelated to function or safety, such as loose threads and scuffs
- Damage caused by misuse, including bleaching caused when hammocks are not packed after use, rips and tears caused by pets or other animals, burns caused by fire embers or cigarettes, and ripping caused by sharp objects.
Our lifetime warranty is applicable to the original owner of the product for the lifetime of the product, not the owner. When it comes to applying our warranty, Kammok reserves the right to use discretion. A few scuffs on your product show you’ve been putting it to good use. If something breaks or goes awry, don’t fret. We’ll still do our best to take care of you.
When we can, we will issue warranty replacements from our stock of gently used, and occasionally new, items in the same or better condition. All warranty replacements are certified to be clean and fully-functioning, and come with the same lifetime warranty as your original purchase.
While we do not support warranties for purchases made on eBay or non-Kammok Amazon Marketplace sellers, we can help problem solve for you if you run into issues with your gear. Be in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org. Notice an immediate issue with gear purchased from REI, Cabela’s or another third-party retailer? Please notify them and initiate a return through the original retailer.
Need to make a warranty claim? Make sure your gear is registered then follow these steps:
Step 1 Email us
Please email us at email@example.com with with the following information:
- Your order number (if purchased on Kammok.com) or proof of purchase (if purchased from another verified retailer)
- 2-3 photos of the issue (zoomed in, zoomed out, natural light)
- How the damage happened and your day-to-day use of the product
Step 2 Complete your warranty claim form
If we determine your warranty case is valid, we’ll email you a warranty claim form. Once that’s complete, we’ll work to get you geared up again.
Step 3 Return + replace
If your gear can be repaired or replaced, we’ll ask you to ship your gear back to us. Please note we only provide return labels for warranty claims on gear purchased from Kammok.com or our Austin Gear Shop.
Step 4 Ship package
For international customers, be sure to ship the package via a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. For both international and domestic customers, Kammok cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. After we receive your package, we’ll email you tracking on your new or repaired gear once shipped.

In order to activate your lifetime warranty, you must register your product. Find your product's serial number and complete the below form to register.
Stay safe. Make sure to review all safety and care instructions before using our products. While we design our gear with high performance and safety standards, Kammok is not liable for injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products. Kammok gives 1% of annual revenue to Explore Austin, a nonprofit that provides outdoor education, leadership training and mentorship to local youth. When you buy our camp gear, your purchase goes towards the adventures of these young explorers. Learn more about our give.
Returns & recycling
Returns and exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your Kammok product upon delivery or wish to make an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase, so we can make things right. Gear returned or exchanged must be new, unused with tags to receive a refund. We do our best to process returns and exchanges within 7 business days.
Recycling: We take full responsibility of the products we create from cradle to grave. We want to avoid Kammok products in landfills or dark corners of attics at all costs. If a product has reached the end of its lifecycle, please send it back to us and we will find a use for the materials.
