Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all full priced orders over $99 to the contiguous United States.

Oversized items such as Crosswing, Outpost, and Swiftlet qualify for free shipping, but promotional codes may not be combined with the free shipping promotion.

Gear Outlet, GovX, and Pro purchases do not qualify for free shipping.

Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders.


Return Policy

At Kammok, our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Kammok product upon delivery, we're here to help.

  • Timeframe: You may return your gear for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@kammok.com to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If any additional packaging is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to supply.
  • Condition: Gear returned to us must be in new condition with tags or wraps intact to be eligible for a refund. If a product has been opened or used, we will inspect returns on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that we may charge a 20% restocking fee in such cases
  • Refund Processing Time: We strive to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them at our facility. Shipping fees, if any, are nonrefundable.
  • International Returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for both packaging and shipping costs for international returns. Please contact us at hello@kammok.com to initiate the return process.

Please do not send any products back to us without first initiating a return by emailing us at hello@kammok.com. If you have not initiated a return, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your refund.
