Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all full priced orders over $99 to the contiguous United States.

Oversized items such as Crosswing, Outpost, and Swiftlet qualify for free shipping, but promotional codes may not be combined with the free shipping promotion.

Gear Outlet, GovX, and Pro purchases may not qualify for free shipping.

Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders.

Shipping Estimates

Orders generally ship same day or next business day. Once shipped, orders typically deliver in 3–5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details.

Alaska and Hawaii Orders. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time.

Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary. Even with expedited shipping, please be aware that there may still be an extended transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on selected products only. Availability may vary based on item, destination, and carrier restrictions. If international shipping is available for your item, shipping options will appear at checkout.

Possible Shipping Delays

Most of Kammok’s orders ship right on schedule. However, weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order.

If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact hello@kammok.com and provide your order information.

Cancelling or modifying my order

Once an order has been placed and the items purchased are in stock, we will immediately begin the fulfillment process. Unfortunately, this means that in most cases, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This includes making changes to the delivery address or products selected.

To check if any change or cancellation is still possible you can contact us on live chat or at hello@kammok.com  If the order is not being prepared yet, our team may be able to process the cancellation/change as you requested.

Shipping Protection

For extra peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection via Route at checkout for 2% of the cart total. 

Adding Shipping Protection at checkout:

  • Means you will have coverage in case your package is damaged in transit, stolen or does not arrive.

  • Claims must be submitted directly to Route HERE.

If you don’t select Shipping Protection:

  • Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unfortunately not able to cover lost or stolen items.

  • In that case, you’ll need to work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

We always recommend adding Shipping Protection to make sure your order is covered.

 


Return Policy

At Kammok, our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Kammok product upon delivery, we're here to help.

  • Timeframe: You may return your gear for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@kammok.com to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If any additional packaging is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to supply.  Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. 
  • Condition: Gear returned to us must be in new condition with tags or wraps intact to be eligible for a refund. If a product has been opened or used, we will inspect returns on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that we may charge a 20% restocking fee or reject the return in such cases.
  • Refund Processing Time: We strive to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them at our facility. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. 
  • International Returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for both packaging and shipping costs for international returns. Please contact us at hello@kammok.com to initiate the return process.

Please do not send any products back to us without first initiating a return by emailing us at hello@kammok.com. If you have not initiated a return, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your refund.
