When do I need to order for delivery by Christmas?
For estimated delivery by Dec 24 in the contiguous U.S., order by Dec 15 for Standard Ground, Dec 18 for Expedited and Dec 20 for Express 2-Day.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may affect arrival. Holiday shipping deadlines apply to in-stock items only. Preorders and backordered items ship separately according to their estimated ship dates.

Is the sale really sitewide?
Yes — savings of up to 50% apply across the website, with prices already marked down. No code needed. Savings vary by product and can't be combined with other promotions. Offer valid while supplies last and does not apply to previous purchases.
What if my gift isn't quite right?
Holiday purchases get extended returns through Jan 31, 2027. Unused items in original condition can be returned or exchanged for a different color or product.
Condition. To qualify for a refund, gear must be returned in new condition with tags or wraps intact. We inspect opened or used items on a case-by-case basis and may charge a 20% restocking fee or decline the return.
Exclusions. Final-sale items and gift cards are excluded from extended holiday returns and exchanges.
What does the limited-lifetime warranty cover?
Our Adventure Grade Guarantee is simple. If your gear doesn’t perform as promised, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Soft goods like hammocks, blankets, and quilts come with a limited lifetime warranty. Hard goods like Crosswing, Outpost, and Swiftlet come with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
We review manufacturing defect claims case by case and aim to repair eligible gear or replace it if needed. Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, and Outlet products.

Can I ship a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. Packing slips don't show prices, so the surprise stays a surprise.
